A London appeals court has overturned a previous ruling that restricted a transgender woman’s contact with her children to just four letters per year. The judge said, arguing that the children would be snubbed by the Orthodox Jewish community over their father’s gender identity, was unacceptable.
A new study of almost 16,000 lesbian, gay, bisexual & questioning youth has revealed nearly a quarter had attempted suicide that year. Forty percent of the teenage respondents also said they had considered killing themselves.
